Event Registration

In order to secure your guaranteed designated gaming space, register today that you're coming to the in person event. We will have some additional space designated for tabletop games and other activities that are happening.

Lodging & Accommodations

We have truly enjoyed hosting some of our out-of-town friends, but we've run out of room! With that in mind, this year we have a hotel block reserved for you to be able to have a space of your own and rest your head!  Our friends at the Homewood Suites in New Hartford are excited to have you stay at their beautiful suites with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Additionally, seeing as this is our first year of having out-of-town guests be located in the town of New Hartford, we wanted to provide some helpful information if there's anything you need. To find out more about the town of New Hartford and what it can offer, click here!

Just to also provide context, New Hartford is a short 15-minute drive from those of us in Rome. Should you need, anything, don't hesitate to reach out!
